Senior Property Paralegal

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Property Paralegal to join a well-respected West End firm.

The firm have a very busy residential property team which deals primarily with new build property purchases and sales. Their clients are high net worth individuals with large property portfolios.

They successful Senior Property Paralegal can look forward to managing their own files under supervision and sitting between the firm’s Paralegals and Solicitors.

This role would really suit an experienced Property Paralegal (4 years + experience), a Legal Executive or a Licenced Conveyancer who, as this is a small firm, enjoys working as part of a team. Whilst new build experience would be a plus, it is not essential.

To be considered for this incredible position, the ideal Senior Property Paralegal will possesses in-depth knowledge of the whole conveyancing process, from taking initial instructions through to post completion, along with excellent drafting and negotiating skills.

For a Senior Property Paralegal, you will be given great responsibility from the get go which will mean instant skill development. There is also scope for a Training Contract further down the line.
