This extremely popular US firm in London continues to go from strength to strength. Its highly rated technology team is looking for an IP and technology associate who has hands on experience of advising on stand-alone complex commercial contracts e.g. outsourcing agreements, collaboration agreements; Fintech deals; supply and distribution agreements. Good knowledge of data protection law is a bonus as the team also does lot of stand alone data protection work as well data driven collaboration and licensing deals.
To be considered for this role you will have gained at least two years’ PQE in a strong UK practice, with a leading reputation for IP/IT, as well as excellent academics. You will have a life sciences background with experience of stand-alone advice and licensing deals as well working on M&A transactions. This is a fast paced environment, with excellent quality work and high levels of responsibility. The firm will reward you well for your hard work with some of the highest salaries in the market.
