Interlink are currently working on an exclusive opportunity for a London City Law firm opening new offices in Liverpool.
The firm are looking for a senior associate who has developed excellent drafting skills and is looking for the next step in their career. The firm are seeking someone with a broad commercial technology experience working with companies at all stages and able to lead on advising on business models as well as commercial risks associated with them. IP experience advantageous.
The successful commercial solicitor will be expected to lead matters (with support as necessary from partners), communicate effectively with other team members and the wider firm and play an active role in all areas of the firm.
The firm are looking to grow the Liverpool office exponentially. Instead of making senior lateral hires at partner level, the firm are looking to hire senior associates and promote them to partner.
Role Summary
- Commercial contracts, including outsourcing, distribution and procurement
- Technology contracts including software licences, development and system implementations, acting for suppliers and users
- Telecoms contracts and regulation
- E-commerce and consumer regulation relating to digital work
- Data Protection
- Gaming
- Inward investment
