Real Estate Senior Associate

This national firm is looking to appoint a Real Estate Senior Associate to the Manchester office. This is a strategic hire and will offer an ambitious Senior Associate a lead role in the team from day one with a clear path to progress quickly.

This role can offer fantastic career prospects and a generous remuneration package. The firm already has a real estate team across offices offering a broad range of technically challenging real estate work. Advising on all aspects of real estate work, including commercial and residential development, landlord and tenant and real estate finance matters, the work is high-calibre and not in short supply.

They have a need to make a strategic hire in Manchester. This will be a real estate senior associate or legal director looking for a step up with a clear route through. With work already available this as a unique opportunity for an ambitious real estate candidate with the gravitas to step into a senior role.

With a small team already on the ground, you will take a key role in managing a number of juniors, but have the opportunity to shape the team going forward. As this is a supportive team, you will be rewarded well financially and given the backing to progress and grow the practice long term.
