Job Details

This leading international law firm is looking to hire a structured finance lawyer to join its team in London. The work spans the full remit of structured products, however they are keen to speak to lawyers who either have experience of working on CLO's or who have an interest in this area. Most of the work is on the arranger side, with the team having very strong relationships with several leading banks.

This is a superb opportunity to work closely with the key CLO partner in a small but growing team where you'll get the chance to establish close client relationships and get real visibility and responsibility from the start, working on complex and challenging deals. In addition to the CLO work, whoever is hired will be able to work on other types of securitisations.

Candidates do not need previous CLO experience, just broader securitisation experience from having worked at a reputable firm. You should be intelligent and inquisitive, and confident and robust enough to deal with client demands, as well as possessing a strong academic profile.

The team culture and ethos is down to earth and friendly, with there being a real emphasis places on associate learning and development.
