Job Details
Our clients are leading Offshore law firms. The litigation space is busy in the British Virgin Islands and disputes and litigation associates are sought with contentious commercial experience gained with major firms. Strong drafting, research and advocacy skills are essential along with strong trial experience and knowledge of cross border insolvency, commercial litigation and civil law. Strong academics and a sound legal training are required.
A varied workload, international exposure to a wide range of cross border transactions and an impressive client bases are on offer
The successful candidates should be able to handle large caseloads with minimal supervision and may be responsible for managing others.
The Caribbean offers a great work life balance: attractive salaries (roughly silver circle level), a very favourable tax rate and beautiful island locations.
