The role

The team are looking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor with 2 years + PQE to join them in their Tunbridge Wells office.

You will work ‎as part of a close team on the full range of property litigation services including development and land disputes, property contract disputes, residential and commercial property disputes. The firm work closely with the social housing and real estate departments who are as much the litigation teams clients as external instructors. Their client base ranges from portfolio holders including charities and retailers, developers plus social and institutional landlords.

This is an opportunity to work on high profile disputes, which includes many iconic builders across London and further afield. Clients include prestigious house builders, social housing providers, commercial developers, local government and energy providers.

This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression and a realistic, mapped track to Partnership.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor / Property Disputes with between 2+ Years PQE
• Personable, Professional individual
• Must have experience of residential landlord and tenant on Commercial & Residential
• It is essential that you have strong communication skills and the ability to build solid client relationships.
