LEGAL COUNSEL - CORPORATE REAL ESTATE
Central London
3-6 months, with view to extend
This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative real estate company in their fast growing legal team.
Being a member of the legal team will expose you to all aspects of corporate real estate (M&A, JVs, structured financing, investment agreements), directly negotiating and building relationships with relevant stakeholders, including development partners, investors and lenders. You will also be involved in ensuring the success of the operational side of the business through management agreements (development, property and asset), supplier negotiation, brand protection and all round trouble-shooting. Finally, to ensure continued growth, you will assist in negotiating, co-ordinating and achieving VC and PE investment in the business and implementing takeout fund vehicles for the businesses stabilized assets.

- Confident but honest about their abilities
- Fluent in German would be a bonus
This position is to start immediately, based in Central London for an initial period of 3-6 months, with possibility of extension, or to be made permanent.
