NQ - 4 PQE commercial, regulatory, litigation or property in-house lawyer

Opportunity for a lawyer with experience gained in commercial, corporate, regulatory, property or litigation to join established legal team of large blue-chip business.  We are keen to hear from junior to mid level lawyers who have gained some good legal experience in a leading law firm or in-house seeking a new role in a PLC where no day is the same! 

Forming part of a high calibre legal team you will undertake a varied and business facing role.  Reporting into the Head of Legal and forming part of a large established team, you will have responsibility for legal matters in this key business division which is at the heart of the organisation. 

This position is both strategic and operational in focus, meaning you be required to build relationships with key stakeholders and advise upon strategic projects and initiatives as well as day-to-day legal matters.   Legal areas you will advise upon include include commercial contracts, regulatory, compliance, data protection, litigation and property matters. 

If you are a lawyer who enjoys working closely with business colleagues and undertaking a varied role where no day is the same then this could be the position for you!  Although this is a varied role, we do not expect that the lawyer who joins will have experience across all of these areas – rather we are looking for the right person who would enjoy partnering with the business and developing relationships.
