Company

THE SSQ DIFFERENCE
We are proud to have developed a recruitment consultancy that stands apart from its competitors in every sense:

Our approach is a progressive one. SSQ has consultants working on a full-time, part-time and flexi-time basis. We practise what we preach.

All of our staff are invited to become stakeholders in the business. They are compensated according to the overall success of the company as well as their individual success.

A candidate's career should come before our commission. It does.

If we can work with you, we will do so, applying our utmost dedication and commitment. If we cannot assist you, we will say so, promptly and frankly.

We recognise that a candidate only has one real chance to approach a law firm or a company. Getting it right is crucial. We strive to get each approach right.

There are no sliding scales in our recruitment fees. We only offer full refunds.

We care about your choices. After all, our future is inextricably tied to yours.

THE SSQ PROMISE
We have built our company upon two principles: transparency and quality.

In everything we do, absolute confidentiality is assured throughout.

THE SSQ BRAND STATEMENT
In the UK and continental Europe, our brand stands for leadership in legal recruitment. We work in partnership with our candidate lawyers and client law firms and translate the latest technology into added value for both parties. We provide insightful market analysis and hold true to our guiding principles of transparency and quality of service, delivered with integrity and professionalism. Our brand will enable us to grow an unrivalled legal recruitment and consultancy business throughout the UK, continental Europe and Asia.

SSQ IN THE COMMUNITY
We believe that organisations in the twenty-first century have a moral responsibility not only for the welfare of their employees but also a moral duty to society at large. Business has the resources and power to make a difference to humankind. At SSQ we wish to contribute our share towards making that difference.

An organisation that pursues and values short-term profits above all else, although successful in generating wealth, does little to assist the personal growth of its staff and even less to the development of our communities and environment.

We therefore see it as our responsibility to create a wealth that enriches the human spirit and serves our shared values as human beings.

At SSQ, amongst other initiatives, we commit to:

  • Match any charitable contribution made by a member of staff.
  • Support and encourage our staff to work (fully paid) one day a quarter for a charity of their choice.
  • Employ at any given time at least one school leaver or an unemployed individual so that that person may have a better opportunity of long-term employment.
  • Donate a percentage of our profits annually to charities nominated by our staff.

We believe that business has the ability to build a better world.
