The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Corporate Commercial Solicitor into their Chelmsford office, Essex.

You will work on a typical range of Corporate Commercial matters such as: Commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, general corporate transactional work, terms of sale and purchase, joint ventures, insolvency and corporate finance. The clients will depend on the individual hired and their strengths in business development and marketing, so this is a real chance to work in a broad range of sectors or chase an area in which you have always been passionate about. Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE
• You will be local to the Essex/surrounding areas
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of corporate commercial matters and a strong billings history
• You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
• You should have evidence of successful business development, with a transportable client base an advantage
• Salary is competitive, based upon experience
