Job Details
Our client, a leading City and international practice, has a very highly regarded commercial technology group which now has an opening for an additional commercial technology associate, with at least 4PQE. The partners are looking for someone with strong, well rounded technical experience in the commercial technology sphere, and a commercial, client focused outlook. This team works with tech companies at all stages in the lifecycle and is experienced in advising on a very wide range of matters spanning general commercial technology, e-commerce, data protection, and outsourcing. Some prior exposure to working with US companies would be useful. A keen interest in business development is important, as is the desire to help manage and bring on junior associates. The person who takes this role will have a high level of client contact and will be encouraged and fully supported to develop business and his/her own specialisms and client contacts. He/she will play a supporting to the partners, which will involve conduct client meetings and negotiations (under an appropriate level of supervision).
