Corporate Lawyer – M&A – Private Equity – 1-3 pqe – London
Corporate - mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, ECM, Private equity, takeovers,restructurings, commercial.
The Corporate team of our magic Circle client are looking for an ambitious and talented junior corporate lawyer with 1-3 years Corporate experience. This market leading group advises an impressive, high profile, cross border client base in all types of worldwide corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and capital rankings.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across corporate, PE and ECM in conjunction with offices around the global network. This high profile team provides a strong platform for an associate who is keen to be on the front line of deals and hone their technical and BD skill set.
You will have top academics and legal training, proven drafting skills in complex documentation and 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate matters including M&A, private equity, emerging capital markets , venture capital, takeovers and joint ventures.
You will be offered excellent training and development in a supportive environment. Internationally qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
