The practice of their large City team is unusual in acting almost equally for borrowers and funders, including some of the foremost lenders, investors and developers active in the market. Their team are particularly known for their ability to design and implement highly-structured property finance transactions. Their work is often international and involves working closely with overseas lawyers. For this particular role, they are seeking someone with strong Banking, and ideally also Real Estate Finance experience, gained with another major firm or boutique Real Estate practice. You'll also need excellent academics, to be comfortable drafting and negotiating relevant finance documents, and have a readiness to take responsibility and use initiative.
