The Role
Serious Injury Solicitor with at least 3 years experience in this area of Personal Injury
Ideally you will have multi track experience as this role will be assisting a senior partner with very serious injury cases including brain injury
- Handle a caseload of pre and post litigated files
- You will run cases from inception to settlement or trial
Candidate Requirements
- Solicitor At least 5 years experience handling litigated high value claims in excess of £1m
- Strong serious injury and RTA experience, claimant and defendant backgrounds will be considered.
- Excellent litigation experience
- Able to use own initiative when issuing proceedings
- must be qualified
