Defendant Clinical Negligence - Manchester
Chadwick Nott are recruiting for a Solicitor to manage defendant clinical negligence work for a diverse client base including major UK insurers, regulatory bodies and the NHSR.
This firm is highly regarded and proud of their reputation as being a truly international firm with a number of UK based teams that are market leaders in their respective sectors. It's healthcare team is no different and the last few years have seen it continue to expand and be hugely successful in this area of work. They enjoy the mental stimulation of the work they are bright, academically strong and dynamic.
They expect their lawyers to work hard and have a real enthusiasm for defending clinical claims. In return they a very competitive salary and clear routes for progression for those that want it with bespoke training for each individual to achieve their aims.
Ideally you will be a solicitor already handling your own defendant clinical negligence caseload. Those from a claimant background will be considered, but you will need to have worked a recognised firm and have a strong academic background to be considered.
The firm are offering extremely competitive remuneration and flexible working. Part time can be considered.
