In light of this, a brand new opening has arisen for a junior corporate lawyer to join the firm.

As part of this team, this associate can expect close partner contact and exposure to a full range of high value, international corporate work, including both PE and M&A matters and corporate real estate transactions. Additionally the successful incumbent can expect good career development prospects, as well as a US salary.

Although a US firm, culturally this firm are widely acknowledged for offering a more grounded and collaborative culture, with a lesser expectation on hours than some of the NY practices.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience ideally gained from a City, or major international firm and will have a keen interest in business development.
