A growing City law firm are looking to hire an Employment lawyer to join their team in London. The firm can offer a work/life balance that may not be possible at most City firms, leading City Employment work and excellent career prospects.

The practice advise both employers and senior executives who operate in a variety of sectors including retail, property, financial services and hospitality often with international reach. The work will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, however the majority of the role will involve assisting on advisory matters. The team advise on the employment aspects of M&A transactions, the negotiation of senior level departures and employment contact preparations. As this is a senior role all candidates should have experience of managing their own caseload and demonstrable experience of managing more junior members of a team would be highly advantageous.

The team are looking for an associate with a minimum of four years' of post qualification experience. This experience should have been gained at a respected regional, city or international practice. Non-Contentious experience advising Financial Services clients would be beneficial but not a prerequisite to be considered for the role.
