A new and exciting position has opened up within a growing Corporate team at a national firm within their London office. The firm offer the chance to join a practice that can offer good quality City work, a friendly and collegiate team and an excellent work/life balance.

The work will involve advising the team's private sector clients on a range of transactions including M&A and joint ventures. The successful candidate will help grow the team and will undertake a client facing role with the opportunity to develop their own clients and attract new business. The team work for a wide variety of clients with a large portion of that being organisations within the life sciences sector.

The firm are looking for a commercially minded 2+PQE solicitor with experience within a respected regional or City team. Individuals with demonstrable business development skills are encouraged to apply.
