GENERAL FINANCE ASSOCIATE - TOP PAYING US FIRM- LONDON (2-4PQE)

We are delighted to be working closely with this elite US firm, in their search for a bright 2-4PQE Banking & Finance Associate.

The individual will be joining a well established and highly regarded Finance Practice, which enjoys a varied and complex workload; from general banking transactions, securitisations, other structured finance transactions and distressed situations, including restructuring.

Associates can expect to benefit from high levels of responsibility and client contact, advising a range of financial institution clients, including investment banks, hedge funds, institutional lenders. The firm offers its lawyers high levels of training and support including one-on-one interaction with all of the Finance partners within a non-stuffy cohesive environment.

The ideal candidate, will have experience practising within a Finance Team of a major international law firm and have an excellent academic record.
