Award winning top tier legal 500 UK law firm with a number of offices across the UK and Scotland are looking for an experienced Corporate solicitor to join their busy and successful team in Reading. This firm provide advice to companies, management teams, investors and more.
One of the largest offices in Reading with a number of national and international clients who they assist with the entire business process.
The successful candidate must be ambitious and driven to join one of the most successful corporate legal teams and play a part from the outset in the Business development and marketing, which provides for career progression.
You will take control of smaller transactions and also have the chance to work alongside partners on larger and more complex issues. The caseload will be fairly focused on mergers and acquisitions, however you will also work on corporate finance including private equity, venture capital, capital markets, joint ventures and re-organisations.
