Job Details
Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer with 3-6 years PQE required to join a prestigious City law firm. You will already possess a specific interest in insolvency and a broad range of restructuring transactions.

This expert, market leading team of lawyer's tailor their advice for particular sectors. These include private equity, consumer and healthcare, energy and natural resources, insurance and financial institutions.
The firm also focus on the industrial, infrastructure and transport sectors, leisure, real estate, and telecoms, media and technology.
The lawyers at this firm are the team the world's leading businesses turn to for help with their most challenging problems. They work with colleagues around the world on complex, cross-border deals and disputes.
The Role
Their Restructuring & Insolvency team is part of the firm's global transactions practice. The team's focus is both on large restructurings and on formal insolvencies, often with an international element. The team works with a variety of clients such as banks, funds, large corporates, private equity sponsors and insolvency practitioners.
The team enjoy a mixed workload, giving the opportunity to work on both debtor and creditor restructuring in addition to advising on formal insolvency proceedings.
You will be given a fantastic training programme and the opportunity to work with Partners recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers.
Requirements
- Restructuring and Insolvency lawyer with 3-6 years PQE
- Experienced in advising clients on legal and commercial issues
- Drafting/negotiating transaction documents
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and supervise more junior lawyers / trainees
- Able to take on a high degree of responsibility and manage a challenging workload
- Training/managing trainees/junior lawyers
