Senior Paralegal - Residential Development

Fantastic opportunity for experienced property Paralegal - Manchester city centre - excellent salary

Your new company
A fantastic firm with an excellent reputation and a large, growing real estate division. Working within a specialist team within the wider real estate team, you will be involved in housing and regeneration matters, across a range of clients including local authority, registered providers, joint ventures, investment and other public and private sector clients.

Your new role
Your responsibilities will include negotiation (deeds; easements and wayleaves; leases and transfers); dealing with agreements for roads, sewers and open spaces; routine property and conveyancing transactions; small disposals and acquisitions; assisting with completions, land registry applications and requisitions, and SDLT returns. You will also assist Solicitors and Partners on property and development transactions for housing associations and developers.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this opportunity you will need to have a substantial amount of property Paralegal experience, along with an excellent academic record. It would beneficial to have experience of development matters. You will have a proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files independently (where possible), a strong client focus, excellent service delivery skills, drive and enthusiasm and a can do attitude.
