Corporate Solicitor - NQ 0-2 - Newcastle
Our client is a National law firm with an outstanding reputation for their corporate work in the North East.
As a solicitor in this corporate team you will be handling complex corporate matters and assisting in the firm's client development efforts. The workload is mainly merger and acquisition, company reorganisation, shareholder agreements private equity and IPOs.
You will be responsible for your own matters as well as working as part of a team on larger transactions. It is also stressed that this is a client facing role and you will be encouraged and mentored in building your own network and client relationships. This is the perfect place to nurture both your technical knowledge and client development skills at the beginning of your career as a corporate lawyer.
