We are working with a global software company creating and selling innovative data, analytics and interactive business intelligence tools. With the objective to "make data beautiful", the company is going from strength to strength internationally, while maintaining a youthful, creative, casual and supportive culture.

We are looking for an experienced technology lawyer to join and manage the London team in an autonomous EMEA role. You will work together with the senior leadership team in Sales, Operations and Finance with specific emphasis on all areas related to sales and licensing. Your remit will encompass licensing/subscription agreements, professional services agreements, a variety of distribution, global channel programs, engineering and IP protection, as well as regulatory matters.

We are looking for solid technology/software licencing/enterprise experience and above all a great cultural fit: a self-starting, experienced communicator and problem-solver to provide pragmatic, collaborative and solutions-oriented legal support throughout the company. EMEA experience and French or German language skills will be very helpful.
