The role

The firm has an exciting new vacancy for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their flourishing City of London office.

You will work side on side with a heavyweight Corporate Partner, you will deal with an excellent quality of work and will have lots of client exposure. This role experience wise, will put you ahead of your years of PQE.

Your general corporate-commercial experience will give you the opportunity to develop expert status in a niche area through exposure to the wide range of sectors serviced by the team including public law, corporate transactions, asset management, wealth management and corporate real estate.

You will deal with a broad range of work across many industry sectors. You will deal with Corporate Acquisitions and disposals for small to mid-range transactions (£5million to £100million). Many of the deals are real estate related working with some of the largest companies in the sector.

This role comes with good prospects for career progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with between 3-8 years PQE
• You will have strong experience of running a broad Corporate Commercial caseload
• You will have a good technical knowledge
• It is essential that you have strong communication skills and the ability to build solid client relationships.
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE plus an exceptional benefits package.
