They share one of the proudest heritages in the City of Brighton, and have been providing approachable, reasonable yet effective legal advice for over 100 years. What really stands this firm ahead of the curve, is whilst they are one of the oldest firms in the area, they are by no means archaic. The firm invests heavily in its infrastructure, and staff, making it one of the best firms to work for on the South coast.
This firm also share a multi-service nature, ranging from services to the Individuals (Private Client, Family) to services to business entities (Litigation, Commercial Property). The firms rounded approach makes them one of the areas 'go to firms'
The role
This highly reputable firm based from their flagship office based in Brighton, are looking to recruit with an experienced Property solicitor (Ideally 3+ years PQE).
In this position, you will be joining one of the area's finest, and well-respected departments. This firm are well known throughout the region due to the quality of work they deal with, and their connections throughout the area.
The firm are ideally looking for someone with Residential Conveyancing knowledge, who also shares experience in Commercial Property caseloads. Whilst the caseload will not necessarily be a 50:50 split, experience in both is preferable. Consequently, you will be exposed to a broad, and dynamic caseload making for incredibly interesting work for the right candidate.
Requirements
- You will be an experienced Conveyancer, in Residential and ideally in Commercial
- You will be approachable and knowledgable, aligning with the firm's ethos.
- You will be motivated to make a name for yourself In the Brighton market
