Job Details
Aviation Finance lawyer with 3-5 years PQE is required to join a well-established Group in the City of London. This is an opportunity to work in a leading firm recognised for its legal work in Aviation Finance.

The Role
This expert team of lawyers advise banks, lessors, ECAs, manufacturers, operators and private individuals.
They handle all aspects of financing including export credit backed facilities, syndicated & bilateral debt, distressed asset finance transactions, operating and finance leases, private placements, sale and lease back transactions and the sale & purchase of loan portfolios.
This role comes with a lot of autonomy and the new hire will take on as much responsibility as they would like to have. The team are also expanding and therefore for the right candidate there are excellent growth prospects.
Requirements
- 3-5 years PQE as a Solicitor qualified in England & Wales.
- have proven technical skills in asset finance ideally with a focus in the aviation and/or rail sectors;
- be able to draft financing and leasing documentation which is clear, concise and unambiguous;
- be comfortable with managing transactions and can operate autonomously;
- Confident in front of clients
- Fit into the Firm's culture of being dynamic, enterprising, creative and hard working.
