A leading Legal 500 listed practice based in Colchester is currently seeking to hire a Commercial Property/Agriculture Solicitor.
Operating for over 100 years in the Essex region, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.
You will be expected to undertake a mixed workload of commercial property and agriculture business work including advising landowners and developers on sales and acquisitions of development sites and farmers and landowners on Tax planning and succession matters although there will be duties entitled in the role.
Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 2 years PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable firm. Applications are also more than welcome from FCILEX.
