Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive - Exeter

Excellent opportunity to join a friendly and successful Devonshire practise within their head office in Exeter.

My client is currently recruiting for a Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join their growing New Homes Department in Exeter.

The successful candidate will need to be able to deal with all aspects of New Homes conveyancing transactions including freehold & leasehold cases, mortgages and Help to Buy funded transactions. Candidates should be able to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well within a team, be approachable and have a friendly manner when dealing with the clients and developers alike. The ability to work well under pressure and have good organisational skills are essential.

Good IT skills are also required. Knowledge of using a Case Management System is an advantage.
