Job Details
A full service national law firm are looking to grow their Commercial offering with the hire of senior Associate to join their practice in the City. The new joiner will be given a large degree of responsibility and autonomy from the outset, be joining a close-knit and collegiate team and undertake a broad and exciting role within a growing London practice.
The practice advise clients on a range of technology and commercial transactions such as IT, software licensing e-commerce, software development and outsourcing projects. This involves work with a cross-border element with those with experience advising on AI and other cutting edge technologies being encouraged to apply. Demonstrable experience of advising clients within the public and health sectors would also be highly advantageous.
The successful candidate will have post-qualification experience from a strong City or respected regional firm and hold a strong academic record.
