**CITY LAW FIRM** Real Estate Associate 2-4PQE

A highly respected and internationally renowned City law firm are keen to grow their Real Estate practice with the hire of an associate between the 2-4PQE mark. In return, the firm can offer a work/life balance that may not be possible at most City firms, a lucrative client base and the chance to join a close-knit team.

The practice are looking to hire a mid-level associate to assist on a range of commercial property matters including Landlord and Tenant work, commercial leases, and the sale and purchase of Commercial Real Estate. The role will also involve a limited amount of residential property work when required and therefore any previous exposure to this type of work would be advantageous.

The new joiner will have a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience with a highly regarded regional, City or International firm. A strong academic record will also be required to be considered for the vacancy.
