**NEW** Residential Development Associate 1+PQE

A growing City firm that are highly regarded within the Real Estate market are looking to hire a Residential Development lawyer at the 1+PQE level to join their team. In return, the firm offer a large degree of client contact, a work /life balance and market leading work.

The role will consist of working on behalf of the firm's large-scale residential developer client base. The successful candidate will have the chance to train and supervise more junior members of the team, undertake a broad role and take the lead on a small number of high-end development projects.

The firm are looking to grow their established Residential Development team with the hire of an individual with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience currently working within a respected regional or City firm. Experience is completing high volume residential property work and experience acting for large-scale developer clients would be highly advantageous but is not a prerequisite to be considered for the vacancy.
