This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a platform for progression to join this rapidly expanding yet well-established firm, with offices across Kent.
The Firm
The firm have recently undergone strategic mergers, making it an opportune time to join this expanding practice in Kent. They have a number of offices across Kent and are well known in the region. This practice has a reputation in the market for the support and investment that they give their staff, providing fee earners with their own secretary. There is a collegiate, family feel across all the offices resulting in fantastic employee retention rates.
This firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their flourishing office located in Maidstone, Kent.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload dealing with a broad Commercial Property caseload including, Acquisitions and Disposals, Commercial Leases, Secured Lending, Sales and Purchases as well as some light Agricultural work. You will have your own secretary for support and the role comes with a supervisory element, giving you a step up in responsibility.
You will deal with a very affluent client base and thus be acting for some of the country's larger property owners, develops and investors with a further opportunity to develop existing contacts and attend initiatives with the main players in the local market.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE (There is no upper limit with regards to PQE)
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
- You will have a strong emphasis on client care
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent - scaling benefits package
