Job Details
We are working with an elite US firm that is seeking to add to its Corporate team in London with an eye for September 2019 qualifiers.
The role is private equity-focussed, and so associates will have the opportunity to advise some of the highest calibre, blue-chip clients, namely top-tier private equity firms and various corporate institutions.
Given the scope of high-quality work on offer, associates can expect a great deal of cross-border, transactional work that will be of great benefit to their professional development.
The firm’s salaries are pegged at the ‘Cravath’ scale, which is the absolute highest that the market has to offer – this translates to a figure of just over £140,000 for NQs.
The successful candidate must have completed or be on the verge of completing either a general corporate seat or a private equity-specific seat at a leading international firm in London. September 2019 NQs are encouraged to express interest as soon as possible, as competition for places will be supremely high, even at this early stage in the process.
