This national and international law firm is looking to add a litigation solicitor to their growing Manchester offering.

Ideally you will have trained at a city or national firm and have background experience commercial litigation work to be considered for this role.

The firm is interested in commercial litigation candidates provided they have trained at a reputable firm and have a strong academic pedigree and a real interest in specialising in high quality commercial litigation.

The role offers genuine long term career prospects in this specialist area as well as high levels of client contact with senior executives.

Experience of handling Arbitration and High Court Litigation is a must. Work areas include contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, protecting minority rights, derivative actions, warranty claims, directors’ duties, partnership disputes, commercial fraud and trust litigation, worldwide freezing injunctions and search orders and inquiry work.
