CRA are delighted to be recruiting for a law firm with offices in Sheffield and Leeds.
The Leeds office are currently looking for a secretary Part time, to join on a temporary basis. The firm are friendly and supportive and work on high quality cases.
The Role:
* Ability to prepare documents through a variety of methods including digital dictation, general instruction or personally drafting on behalf of a small team of fee earners
* Managing and organising diaries - including Outlook
* Sending emails and general correspondence
* Assisting with business development opportunities - arranging travel and accommodation and diary management
* Providing assistance to partners and fee earners during the absence of other secretaries in the team, as and when required
* Reception duties including handle telephone enquiries and meeting/greeting clients
The Person:
* Significant legal secretarial expertise within Family law, including knowledge with legal aid forms is essential to be considered
* Experience supporting fee earners up to partner level is desirable
* Typing speeds of at least 65wpm
* Ability to manage all elements of workflow, demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm and professionalism
* Self-motivated individual who can work under pressure and perform well
