Our Residential team is one of the largest of its kind.  We support our clients in a range of projects from PLC and regional housebuilders, mixed-use developers and investors through to build to rent and regeneration. Our expertise in the sector, coupled with our approach to client service means that we are rated as the premier housing team in Leeds by both clients and the legal directories.

The team now has a new opportunity for a Lawyer with at least 3 years' experience to join our Leeds office.

What will you be doing?

Within this sector we are seeing significant growth.  We already have an impressive list of major clients and panel appointments.  You would join a high profile team with the best exposure to high value development work available which will include conditional contracts and transfers, conditional options, collaboration agreements and development agreements with a focus on high value residential development and investment projects.

There will be plenty of opportunities for client contact and you'll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships.  Business development is also an important aspect for all of our lawyers, and you will be contributing to the growth of the team by assisting with the organisation of and attending client events, writing articles for our website or other publications and other marketing activities.

We're interested in your development expertise and your proven track record.  It goes without saying that you'll be able to offer first-class commercial advice and sector insight.  You'll be contributing to a high performing team offering creative and effective business-focused solutions.
