An exciting new opportunity has arisen in the IP team of this mid-size international firm based in the City.
The role is for a 5pqe+ IP solicitor to join a busy London practice to advise on:
*IP advisory matters (including trademarks and copyright)
*IP transactional (including software, licensing and commercial contracts as well as corporate support)
*Data protection
This position is suitable for someone who is able to take a lead in these particular areas but the role will also have the support of the Partners and more junior solicitors in this team.
Working with an exciting client-base within the leisure, luxury goods, fashion and food sectors (among others), this is an excellent opportunity for someone who considers themselves to be a dynamic, ambitious "go-getter".
