A White Shoe US law firm is seeking an excellent General Banking/Leveraged Finance Associate to join its exceptional team in London or Hong Kong. This is a rare opportunity for somebody to join a Tier 1 team, receive an excellent salary and to be relocated by the firm if necessary.  

ROLE

• Advising banks, sponsors and corporate borrowers on a broad range of cross-border banking and finance matters, most notably leveraged and acquisition financings, bridge loans, margin loans, project financings, working capital facilities and various other types of financings

LEVERAGED FINANCE ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong academic record (Min 2:1 in LLB or equiv)
• 3PQE+ from a law firm with a top tier Banking practice
• Lawyers can be qualified in England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand or Hong Kong
• Asian language skills are not necessary but an enthusiasm and desire to living and working in the region is required
