Job Details
Our client is a leading West End law firm that seeks to recruit a corporate lawyer for its highly regarded team.
The firm specialises in advising companies, entrepreneurs, investors and high new worth individuals on a variety of corporate transactions. The deals the team work on are often large and complex with an international element.
The work will cover a variety of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, share and asset sales, restructurings and partnership agreements. The team was top ranked in the most recent edition of the Legal 500.
Due to growth the firm is seeking applications from corporate lawyers who have upwards of two years' PQE; applications are welcome from both city and regionally based lawyers.
This role will provide an excellent quality of work with a chance to play a key role within a small team. As well as a comprehensive benefits package this role will also offer a highly attractive remuneration package.
