Job Details
My client, one of Europe's leading home improvement retailers with over 1000 stores across 10 countries, are looking for an interim French speaking commercial counsel to join their team in London. The right candidate will deal directly with the global sourcing function, particularly the international buying offices. This will provide direct exposure to key stakeholders and other branches of the business, including the Product Development, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
Given their extensive growth in continental Europe, candidates are expected to speak business-level French, but do not necessarily have to be French qualified.
Experience in the following is essential:
- Top private practice background (either from the UK or France).
- Strong drafting capabilities (ideally some in-house experience).
- Fluency in French.
