Tax Associate (NQ-4 PQE) – Highly-Regarded Corporate Tax Practice at this US Firm – Full NY Salary

This established US firm is currently recruiting for a junior to mid-level corporate tax associate to join their established practice in London.

The tax team is made up of highly-rated UK qualified partners, and bring extensive knowledge and experience of UK and international transactional tax planning in M&A, private equity, fund formation and restructuring.

In line with the firm’s strength in the industry, the tax team act for a number of the biggest private equity firms and asset managers, but have also worked for domestic and international corporates, developing new and innovative tax structures to account for recent or future changes in the legal tax framework both in the UK and globally.

The partners are interested in hearing from candidates with around 1-4 years of PQE gained in a corporate tax practice within another leading international firm in London.  NQ candidates are also of interest, providing they have completed at least one Corporate Tax seat during their training contract.
