Are you a highly experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for the next step up in your career? This highly reputable Sussex firm are looking for a new Head of Department to head up their team.

You will be working within one of the most well-respected departments in the region. You will be joining a multi-office firm based across the whole of Sussex with an eye to expand in the future.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to oversee a reputable department based in Horsham, West Sussex.
In this role you will be managing a reputable department consisting of several fee-earners. You will be capitalising on a plethora of work coming into the firm whilst utilising the fantastic platform the firm can offer you in servicing a client base of your own. You will be managing fee-earners who specialise in a broad array of Commercial Property matters, including acquisitions, Landlord and Tennant Matters, Leasehold and Freehold issues.
You will be joining a highly experienced Commercial Property team, and you will be inheriting a caseload established over many years by the firms previous Head of Department.
Requirements
- You will be a highly experienced and capable Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally 10+ years PQE
- You will ideally have a portable client base of your own
- You will have previous experience in dealing with high-net worth caseloads, and share experience in fee-earner management/business strategy
- You will receive an above market rate salary (dependant on experience)
