Due to growth, a unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced insolvency specialist to join the team and handle a varied caseload of new instructions.

We would like to speak with ambitious and experienced  litigators who might be considering their next move and have a solid understanding of  formal insolvencies including administrations, liquidations and bankruptcies. You should have some experience acting for Banks; Companies; Creditors; Directors; Employees; Individuals; Shareholders; Partnerships and Investors.

Typical work may include:

• Asset Tracing;
• Restructuring of solvent / insolvent companies;
• Pre-formal insolvency advice;
• Litigation and recovery actions;
• Security reviews on existing or proposed loans;
• Advising on distressed situations such as difficult trading conditions including winding-up orders and confiscating property or assets; 
• Pensions Regulations and investigations
