Working closely with colleagues in Dubai and across the region, their broad-based practice covers a variety of high-end transactions spanning leveraged finance, project finance, real estate development finance, Islamic finance, debt capital markets, fund finance and financial regulation. This is a high performing, cohesive and busy team offering excellent career prospects. You'll handle many of your own matters, assist the partners and managing associates on more complex matters, and be closely involved in practice development. The role will best suit someone who is highly motivated, likes a variety of work types, and has strong drafting and analytical skills.
