The Firm
This entrepreneurial commercial start-up firm have already tripled their turnover since their inception last year, and already have an outstanding client base. The product of experience within private practice and in-house; this boutique firm specialise in providing commercial services to a range of clients in a variety of sectors. They work with well-known clients, household names, start-ups, with a strong technology focus.
Acting for clients in providing commercial advice and services, this firm have ambitious growth plans. They have taken the best parts of both private practice and in-house work to create a unique business plan, where there are no barriers to progression, leaving the traditional Partnership model. For the right people, they can offer Director positions, flexible working and the chance to be involved with an exceptional level of work.
The goal is to open several offices, so the firm are looking to take on people with drive and ambition.
The Role
The firm are looking for an exceptional Corporate Solicitor, to take a leading role in opening an office in Cambridge.
The firm have big plans, so as well as taking on a full caseload of a range of corporate matters, you will also be heavily involved in marketing and business development for a new office in Cambridge. Cambridgeshire is a region bursting with start-ups, tech companies, pharmaceutical corporations and household names; which is a perfect setting for the firm.
Your role will require active business development and marketing for the firm to align with their vision of expansion. You will work with a range of existing clients, but for the clients you introduce, this can be driven by your own passion and previous sector focus.
Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor with between 6 -12 years PQE experience
- You should have an excellent technical knowledge and proven success at business development
- You will be an ambitious and motivated individual
- You should be proactive and keen to be involved in growing the firm
- Salary will be based upon experience, with excellent benefits
