The practice has over 180 staff and specialise in advising SMEs, financial institutions, real estate investors and PLCs, as well as businesses across various sectors. Their more niche specialisms including serious tax investigations, mediation and family business succession planning.
The Role
Due to continued growth, this leading firm are looking for a Commercial Solicitor NQ - 3 years PQE to join their Legal 500 ranked team in Manchester.
The Commercial team act for all types of businesses, including FTSE100 companies, banks, SMEs, education establishments, high-profile individuals, local government, charities and entrepreneurs. The team are particularly experienced in acting for clients in the technology, retail, fashion, sports, leisure, biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
If you have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, expertise in IT or handling compliance/GDPR matters, this team has a place for you.
Requirements:
- A Commercial Solicitor NQ - 3 years PQE
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Fantastic organisation skills
