Corporate Counsel - In House

A well established award winning financial services business seeks to appoint a Solicitor c 5 PQE + ideally with a corporate/commercial and a regulatory background.

THE ROLE

As a key member of a highly regarded in house legal team, you will be expected to provide legal and commercial support to the business in addition to managing junior team members.

Core work areas will include: M&A/Acquisitions, Commercial, Regulatory, Outsourcing and GDPR matters.

The work will include advising on and managing corporate strategic projects covering the UK and Europe.

THE CANDIDATE
