Pure Search is working with a leading asset manager seeking a qualified lawyer with private funds/alternative experience.
The role:
- Provide integrated legal support to the divisions with a particular focus on fund structuring and formation
- Close interaction with the distribution team, portfolio managers, deal originators, product managers, and execution teams;
- Negotiation and drafting of legal documentation
- Coordinating with external counsel
- Assisting in developing internal know how, documentation and policies.
